In our Digital Commercial Transformation Team, you will work from day one directly for a diverse range of customers in Life Sciences sector. You will have a great deal of responsibility and opportunities for personal initiative. In a multidisciplinary and diverse team, your contribution to projects is indispensable from the start.


 


As a Senior Consultant/Manager, you have proven experience in using the Veeva platform and commercial suite of products to enable digital/technology commercial transformation in the Life Sciences market, you have analytical skills, and you are passionate about digitisation.


 


This is how:



  • Leading and delivering large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for Life Science companies

  • Providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.

  • Defining, analysing and mapping commercial processes and the related impacts on the organisation;

  • Designing how technology can best enable the commercial process, and implementing this design in Veeva CRM (or related Salesforce life sciences industry platforms);

  • Leading workshops preparation and execution for process design and improvements;

  • Independently managing client relationships at your level;

  • Managing your project deliverables, as well as supervising the work of team members;

  • Recommending and implementing actions for continuous improvement;

  • Actively participate to business, proposition and talent development;

  • A minimum of 4 years in digital commercial Life Sciences and/or Consulting experience is required;

  • You have demonstrated passion & aptitude in technology and an understanding of how to apply existing or new innovative technology solutions to core Life Sciences processes across sales, multichannel marketing, key account management, market access, or medical.

  • You have a deep understanding of business transformation processes and the ability to drive business improvements leveraging leading commercial technologies;

  • You have experience leading teams to deliver complex commercial transformation projects, enabled by Veeva leading Life Sciences commercial technologies. Certification in Veeva is a plus;

  • Strong analytical skills and a Master's degree (such as Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science or a beta study) is a plus;

  • You are professionally driven and ambitious, you do not let go of the challenge until there is a solution, and you show commitment to the realisation of the solution in practice;

  • You are open to working abroad and you have a good sense of political relationships and cultural differences;

  • Fluency in English is essential, fluency in German, French or Italian is a plus
