We are looking for a Head of Commercial Strategy Switzerland, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer for leading and supporting the commercial agenda for ISS CH and collaborate with other commercial leads and the business as a whole to drive sustainable and profitable organic growth.KEY PURPOSE

• Support the CCO ensuring targets are achieved supported by a sustainable plan


• Lead strategic projects for selected Key Accounts and focus segments


• Increasing the hit rate in strategic growth opportunities (supporting the commercial team to define winning solutions and value propositions)


• Support the management team of ISS in driving important projects/opportunities


• Improving our Value Propositions in strategic growth segments


• Ensure customer focused presentations are tailored for segments


• Define growth opportunities within current accounts and link to overall strategy


• Define the right commercial models and lead negotiations


• Drive the Commercial Academy initiative and increasing the commercial team's knowledge and experience of the business and market as a whole


• Challenge the commercial and operational performance to ensure innovative client solutions and products


• Mentor and develop commercial support individuals and teams


• Collaborate with global segment leads and excellence teams to translate into market leading solutions 

SUCCESS PROFILE & PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Bidding experience including leading large bid opportunities


• Demonstrable evidence of leading teams to achieve winning bids


• Demonstrable commitment to ongoing training and development


• Experience to define successful commercial strategies within a B2B environment


• Experience in creating value proposition for target customers and customer segments


• University degree or equivalent


• Fluency in English, good command in German and/or French, any other language is an asset
