In this role you will ensure effective and efficient Reporting to La Prairie and Beiersdorf Board of Directors.

 

Main accountabilities

 

• Sales Reporting
  
  
  
  • Daily Sales Report to LP Board of Directors
  
  
  • Monthly Sales Report to LP Board of Directors
  
  
  • Monthly Net Sales Estimate Report to LP Board of Directors
  
  
  • Annual Net Sales Target Setting by profit centre
  
  
  • Sales Reporting to BDF (MSR, MSE, MSO, FC, Plan, Target)
  
  
  • Wholesales Report to LP Board of Directors
  
  


• Analysis of global P&L development by profit centre at period-end closings and forecast / plan submission


• Support and coordination of global financial planning / target setting process


• Preparation of presentations / business updates e.g. to LP Board of Directors / BDF


• Ad-hoc analysis of sales and cost development


• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across the Group


• Key user for QlikView applications “Marketing & Sales” and “SOI”


• Documentation for above mentioned and other key reporting processes


• Administration of Group Controlling SharePoint and Teams

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

• Degree in business administration and around 5-7 years work experience in controlling


• Fluent English language skills


• Strong analytical skills, organized, flexible and able to work under pressure


• International mindset  


• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Power Point


• Good knowledge of SAP / Business Intelligence solutions
