Senior Product Manager Mobile - Device Plan & Security 100% (f/m) Glattpark (Opfikon - Zürich) Duties and responsibilities:
Plan and implement projects on E2E basis; ensure management attention to technology advancement; make sure resources and time are allocated as required to specific projects; involve key divisions such as IT, Network, Digital-team, Marketing communications, Acquisition & Development + corporate stakeholders
Ensure specific requirements and demands of the Swiss market and customers are met; pay particular attention to quality of features as compared to local competition; optimize allocation of scarce resources (financial, IT and otherwise) and motivate individuals and teams involved in order to launch best-in-class features
Act as an interface between Marketing and Customer Care in terms of the launch of new product features and promotions; coordinate with Marketing on proactive and reactive communication measures to current and prospective customers in order to reduce churn and maximize takeup
Observe competitive behaviour and trends developing in the market on both a national and an international level – initiate local discussions on features that Sunrise UPC should roll out in order to define mobile roadmap
Manage local daily operations for exisiting mobile products
Country local Product lifecycle ownership
Define and monitor Product Performance Measurements ensuring the targeted best customer experience, and implementation of corrective remedy actions when necessary
Assure optimal results fuelling closest cooperation with Portfolio, GTM, and Marketing Peers
What we look for in an applicant:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar
Over 10 years experience in various positions in the B2C marketing area
Specialized in product or proposition management, strategy, revenue growth, expansion of market segments and customer loyalty
Wide-area range of expertise including market development, strategic planning, customer development and retention, CRM, E-commerce, product development, market research, project management and training
Deep experience in Telco/IT business
Fluent in both English and German
