This role will focus on building strong engagement across various global and cross-functional stakeholders in order to collaborate, innovate and develop within what we call our Neural Network – the combined brainpower of VAT.
The Core Competence Community consists of over 150 experts across regions (Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, US) and functions (Core Technology, Production, Industrial Engineering, Business Units, Field Application Engineering, etc.). We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, and hands on driver, who enjoys working closely with multiple cross-functional partners, and brings demonstrated ability to influence and support leaders and key stakeholders in a global environment. Integral to this role is the ability to be strategic, move fast, interact with multiple people at all levels across the organization, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.
