Full Stack Developer (Digital Banking)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Avaloq banklets prototypes with a special attention to user experience design


• Create complex and interactive web applications using modern frameworks such as Angular and Liferay


• Work closely with the Agile product and development teams to develop world-class digital banking solutions


• Ensure that new features are meeting business, maintenance and user experience requirements set by product management and designers


• Perform system integration testing, using appropriate testing methodologies and frameworks


• Analyse and resolve incidents and issues in test and production environments


• Elaborate and document Software Development best practices, including unit testing, version control, continuous integration and design patterns

Knowledge, Skills and Education

• University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering


• Passion in web applications and enterprise software development


• Strong practical competences in:

                                  •Angular, HTML5, CSS, npmprogramming languages and frameworks 

                                  •Java, Spring Ecosystem (boot, data, ...)

                                  •Microservices architecture

                                  •REST/SOAP Web services

                                  •GIT and Jenkins CI tools

                                  •Linuxoperatingsystem

                                  •Liferay isa plus

                                  •Docker, Kubernetes is a plus

• Knowledge of Agile working methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban


• Experience in developing E-banking and/or Wealth Management solutions would be a plus


• Knowledge of Avaloq is considered a strong advantage


• Ability to work successfully both in a team and independently


• Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills reinforced by a structured problem solving approach


• Ability to autonomously get around in highly challenging, fast paced and complex business environment


• Fluent in English, while German, French and Italian are an important plus
