Data-based identification of sales potential and definition of growth, engagement and retention targets for the NZZ subscription products on the back of data analyses
Continuous development of the customer segmentation
Definition of existing and new customer touchpoints for registration, orders (onsite and offsite) and cancellations
Definition of the focus areas for subscription growth and data-driven recommendations of concepts for the operational marketing team
Development of standard reporting in close collaboration with the marketing analyst
Ihr Profil
Experience in the field of digital marketing and/or customer journey management, marketing automation, e-commerce, preferably in the media industry, at least three years
Knowledge of the traditional and digital marketing channels and experience with planning of cross-media marketing campaigns, skilled use of analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau etc)
Data-literate way of working, business-savvy and forward-looking mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic environment, enjoys handling different stakeholders
Very good command of German and English (both C1 level)
