Marketing Planner 100% (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben



  • Definition to the strategic development of cross-media customer journeys

  • Data-based identification of sales potential and definition of growth, engagement and retention targets for the NZZ subscription products on the back of data analyses

  • Continuous development of the customer segmentation

  • Definition of existing and new customer touchpoints for registration, orders (onsite and offsite) and cancellations

  • Definition of the focus areas for subscription growth and data-driven recommendations of concepts for the operational marketing team

  • Development of standard reporting in close collaboration with the marketing analyst


Ihr Profil



  • Experience in the field of digital marketing and/or customer journey management, marketing automation, e-commerce, preferably in the media industry, at least three years

  • Knowledge of the traditional and digital marketing channels and experience with planning of cross-media marketing campaigns, skilled use of analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau etc)

  • Data-literate way of working, business-savvy and forward-looking mindset combined with a hands-on mentality

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic environment, enjoys handling different stakeholders

  • Very good command of German and English (both C1 level)
