The position
We work in the Roche Pharma IT department and our area we partner with is the internal global Marketing and Medical departments. They drive Roche’s strategy and portfolio of new and future drugs. This internship program offers the most talented students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience with us.
Your main accountabilities will be:
Support IT leaders and IT project managers to promote our IT image and to promote new IT solutions to the Business departments
Define and run possible social channels (e.g. Intranet, videos, posters, showcasing, events, …)
Help us remove IT language from our communication to Business colleagues
Help us with our internal communication and presentations for projects and internal initiatives
Plan and organize events and support people engagement

What do you need in your toolbox?
You are an enrolled student in or just finished a Master’s program with focus on Communication, PR, Marketing or related fields or in an advanced Bachelor's program with already some experiences in the professional field.
You already possess some work experience in the field of communication, have a good understanding of and perspective on communication
Experience or interest in web design and video content production
You take initiative and have very good organizational and planning skills
Both self-determination and teamwork skills
Interested in technologies and IT topics in general
Proficiency in English (Near-native)

Start date: September 2021 or upon availability
Duration:10 to 12 months (please clearly indicate your preferred starting date and duration of the internship on your motivation letter)
