As a member of our Customer Service department, you will be actively involved in improving customer satisfaction by providing in a team a qualitative and swift treatment of supply requests from our service platforms around the world.

PROFILE
You have a commercial background or other equivalent qualification and a strong sense of initiative.
Your strong customer orientation, your sense of communication and your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to respond effectively to customer requests.
You like to work in a team, and you have a strong interest in finding solutions.
You are rigorous and organized.
You have previous experience in project management.
You are familiar with Microsoft tools and have a good knowledge of SAP.
Your excellent oral and written English and French skills will complete your profile. Any other language is a strong asset for the position.
