Key Accountabilities


We’re looking for a person with a passion for the employee experience with a focus on engagement, talent development and diversity, equity & inclusion. We need someone who is agile in their execution of projects, able to bring new perspectives into the organziation and willing to challenge and be challenged.


In this position, you will be leading highly visible global initiatives across the organization. You will also be a key member of our Group level HR Talent team, working in conjunction with organizational stakeholders to advance our larger HR (Talent & OE) strategy.


The individual can be based at any of our US or European sites (including corporate offices) with some opportunity to work remotely.


Responsibilities


This role is split into two main functional areas: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Talent/Organization Effectiveness



  • The role holder will engage with HR, employees, and the business to push our DE&I initiatives forward to help shape an evolving DEI strategy, implement training and establish best practices.

  • The holder will further support the global HR strategy sepcifcially within the areas of talent & OE


 


Principal Focus(60% DEI : 40% Talent/Organizational Effectiveness)



  • DE&I - Manage & support deployment of strategies & programs to promote DEI

    • Active member of the DE&I Core Team, providing guidance to business partners, recruiters, & line management regarding diversity and inclusion

    • Support organizational strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups in key functional areas such as Technical groups.

    • Leverage internal and external data to inform / drive decisions making

    • Establish effective internal reporting systems to allow for effective measurement of DE&I programs both internally and externally


  • Talent / Organizational Effectiveness (Human Rights, Compliance, Engagement & Talent programs)

    • Manage the Intergrity Hotline and associated quarterly reporting with the Compliance Committee and Board of Directors. Support investigations as needed

    • Drive global e-learning standards programs – from Cyber Security to Code of Conduct

    • Act as point person for key reporting obligations (as part of French entity) ex.Annual Extra-Financial Report on behalf of HR global

    • Lead employee engagement initiatives – from the Bi-Annual Global Employee Survey to on-going Pulse Surveys

    • Develop / devise retention strategies for key employee populations

    • Coordinate and support key talent initiatives. Ex.:

      • @ annual Global Talent Review (GTR) process

      • @ global engineering program (career pathing, succession, competency mapping, development program implementation)

      • @ Talent Acquisition activity, from data mining to identifying talent & pipeline development




 


Role Qualifications



  • Degree – BA / BS (Humanities or Business or related field) or equavalent experience.

  • Experience – 5+ years of previous experience in a professional, corporate environment

  • International experience is a plus

  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion programs is a plus

  • Language skills– Fluent in English required; Fluent in French or German preferred
