Nestlé Research is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, employs approximately 1000 people and is comprised of four Nestlé Institutes: Material Sciences; Health Sciences, Food Safety & Analytical Sciences and Packaging Sciences. As an “Innovation Growth Hacker”, you are responsible to enable the project teams taking fast and facts/evidence-based decisions by proposing, creating and analyzing consumer & shopper experiments to validate the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit. You proactively contribute from the design of the concept and product to the route to market of the solution using Lean Start-up and Design Thinking approaches.

A day in the life of an Innovation Growth Hacker


 



  • Design the “most fit for purpose” experiment to validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success of experiments

  • Analyze and present the data and consumer’s feedback

  • Bring traditional and creative ideas on how to grow KPIs

  • Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses

  • Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Revenue - Retention – Referral) and being able to create viral growth

  • Design and deliver training modules

  • Coordinate the network of growth hackers 

  • Support the embedding of growth hacking in our organization 
     


What will make you successful


 



  • Demonstrated skills in experiment design by enable the project teams taking fast and facts/evidence-based decisions

  • Demonstrated experience in consumer research and product launches (Lean Startup and Design Thinking methodologies) to validate the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit

  • Have experience with growth hacking tools (A/B Testing, emailing campaigns, Landing page, Website, CRM etc.) and adapting easily to new digital tools

  • Are by definition data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of KPIs, lean analytics and statistics

  • Team player with listening skills, able to make proposals of alternative solutions in a proactive and reactive manner
