Digital Practitioner Sales

Objective: Bring direction and lead the digital vision to chase ambitious targets. Create solutions for proactive pitches and RFI/RFP responses. Collect Market intelligence on competition and use the same for solution definition. Define strategy for deal structuring, create win themes and identify relevant artefacts to support in winning the deal. Interface with the BU account teams, Client Relationship Executives and client to present the benefits and value proposition of the solution from the Digital Practice. Lead customer meetings to understand business context, IT landscape, business and technical requirements. Drive proposal presentation meetings with customers and prospects to present and discuss suggested solutions, including integrated pursuits that include multiple competency areas. Support sales teams in demand creation activities by attending customer or prospect meetings to present Wipro's capabilities and delivery approach. Identify market trends and corresponding Wipro solutions / offerings. Activate network in the market in order to create sales opportunities. Key requirements: Excellent communication skills & ability to deliver presentations, drive meetings and proposals. Develop long term valued relationships with clients. Discussions and meetings with alliance partners and third party vendors. Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure and in a growth mode. Specific industry experience will be an advance, especially banking, manufacturing, pharma, or consumer goods Ideal candidate would be a digital maverick with good exposure to Digital technologies Be able to work well with Wipro internal stakeholders. Evangelize the importance of digital in creating innovative customer touch points and new business opportunities for our partners. Break down the functional boundaries between organizational silos to create a leaner, more agile digital organization. Be a subject matter expert in multiple digital functions like Digital Experience Management, Digital Process Automation, Digital Strategy Design, Cloud Transformation, etc. Skills Experience of 15+ years in closing deals in IT Services & Consulting. 8+ years of experience selling Services space in one of the following areas: Cloud enablement and migration, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation or User Experience Design. Experience of handling Digital pre-sales / sales cycles and leading Solutioning roles on Digital projects. Knowledge of the Digital solutions portfolio. Experience in quota /target carrying roles. Prior experience in a highly collaborative and matrix environment or experience with a Global Delivery Model will be an added advantage. Possess strong industry connections at the C-level. Fluent in English. Fluency in German strongly prefered.
