In order to strengthen our Perfume Sales business unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented


SWITZERLAND MARKETING MANAGER PERFUME


Reporting directly to the Switzerland Perfume & Amenities Worldwide Director, you will manage a junior marketing specialist and you will be in charge of executing the marketing and promotion plan, managing the ATL/BTL budget, analysing the sell-out and being in charge of the assortment and merchandising. You will also be responsible for the PR and Press strategy.


Accountabilities


Marketing promotion plan on National Accounts and ATL/BTL budget management
Your role is to assure a perfect local marketing plan execution, participating to the annual retailer’s negotiations with the Sales Team and then following up the promotion implementation. You plan visual campaigns for windows and counters, coordinating the decoration teams in order to guarantee a perfect execution of national launches and promotions in the Swiss Perfumeries. You are also directly responsible for the design, the production of materials and the coordination of the decoration teams as well as the forecast of the FOC material.
As a manager, you ensure a successful budget management and you support and supervise your team in creating Purchase Orders for key accounts.

Assortment & Merchandising

You establish the merchandizing guidelines and plan for each key account, making sure everything works perfectly with frequent field tours with the sales force. You are in charge of assortments analysis for merchandising revisions with key accounts and the sales team.

Sell Out Analysis

While monthly analysing the market performance, you evaluate and review marketing activities and new launches, identifying the growth levers and preparing a set of local strategic recommendations. You are responsible for the FOC forecasts in alignment with sales targets and for the follow-up of the promotions implementation.
Finally, thanks to your analytical mind-set, you take care of different reporting activities.

Media/PR

In charge of defining the press and influencer’s strategy, development of partnerships, management of press requests, meeting journalists, monitoring, and analysing the performance


Profile


With a Bachelor or Master in Management, Business Administration or Marketing, you are looking for a new challenge starting from August 2021.


You have ideally a first managerial experience of 3-5 years in a marketing department of a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to the fragrance or luxury environment is a strong asset. You have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in German and French, Italian and English are an advantage.

Able to think strategically, you bring a big picture and a global vision to your team. Resilient, you are able to manage stress and to set the priorities in a changing environment.
