YOUR TASKS



  • Serve as the ambassador for Digital Transformation and Innovation within the Division and establish a culture ofinnovation aligned with the Group Digital Transformation and Innovation strategy

  • Identify and filter ideas for disruptive growth and innovation by exploring new insights and opportunities beyond theboundaries of core businesses

  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and provide support and guidance to cross functional teams

  • Actively manage and maintain the innovation management software system for the Division


YOUR PROFILE



  • Masters degree in any Business-related degree or Information Technology or Health Science, Commerce, Business, Law or equivalent advanced degree

  • 5 years experience in a healthcare environment, understanding the systems and their interrelatedness

  • 5 - 7 years experience in implementing digital architecture

  • 1 - 2 years experience in an innovation/ digital transformation/ business transformation space

  • Experienced in strategy realisation, and / or solution design, and/ or product development and/ or business growth through innovation

  • Experience in leading complex initiatives

  • Ability to grasp business strategy, anticipate trends and propose transformational solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Ability to influence and persuade others to a new or different perspective through use of compelling data and insights

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
