<div><div>Switzerland will be your base office (Zurich or Genève) and you will work closely with McKinsey client team leaders and their clients. We turn strategy into practice, with a focus on transforming and upgrading operational models using agile, efficient, and highly engaging methods that work on the ground rather than just looking good on paper.</div><div></div><div>Our work is broad, encompassing topics such as operational excellence, lean management (manufacturing, service, or IT), supply-chain management, digital transformation, purchasing, shared-service-centre implementation and wider process improvement.</div><div></div><div>Our consultants and managers benefit from tailored training throughout their careers. They work in close collaboration with our directors and develop a strong entrepreneurial spirit.</div></div><div></div> <div><div>You will work with clients and focus on project and change management.</div><div></div><div>In this role, you will support our clients with their major transformation projects by thoroughly understanding their corporate culture and the challenges they face during the assignments. </div><div></div><div>You will support the implementation of change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organisations. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long term project success.</div><div></div><div>Also, you will manage workstreams largely independently with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will lead more junior consultants in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organisations. </div><div></div><div>Lastly, you will contribute to the life, influence, and development of the firm: participation in internal projects, event organization, content production, and contributing to campus events.</div></div>
