The Learning Journeys team is broadly responsible for developing an in-depth, empathy-driven understanding of our colleagues, and crafting integrated learning experiences that build the capabilities necessary to achieve extraordinary results for our clients. Journeys team members are highly collaborative, partnering with colleagues across the firm. </div><div></div><div>Within Journeys, the partner learning team focuses on supporting our partners and senior partners in developing as leaders of the firm. We are currently building out a reimagined curriculum as well as adapting our curriculum for our current remote/hybrid context. We will be designing and deploying new solutions and new engagement strategies over the next 18 months. You will drive high priority learning programs for mid and upper-tenure partners as well as help shape our strategy to engage partners. This is a full-time position within firm learning. </div><div></div><div>Your success will depend on a high level of collaboration with our firm learning team. This includes our partner learning journey managers, delivery specialists and learning design managers in the Design and Development Center of Excellence (D2). It also includes Technology & Digital professionals in the Digital Learning Platforms & Solutions (DLPS) team. </div><div></div><div>You will have regular interaction with the learning leadership team, partner learning journey leaders, partner personnel committees, a broad set of senior partner faculty and leaders from a number of initiatives around the firm. Together, you will shape the vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of a number of critical core and elective partner learning programs.</div></div> <div>You will develop and disseminate resources to help mid- and upper-tenure partners develop critical capabilities and scale their impact. </div><div></div><div>In this role, you will identify pressing learning needs, curating and/or shaping gold standard leadership development content, developing new partner learning experiences, recruiting and upskilling senior partner faculty teams, developing and executing strategies to drive partner engagement, and measuring impact. You will build a deep understanding of partners’ developmental needs. You will understand the responsibilities and expectations of what it takes for mid- and upper-tenure partners to grow into senior leaders of the firm. You will build expertise in multiple attributes of our leadership development model. You will surface key insights around the mindset shifts and critical skills needed as well as common pitfalls partners face as they transition into their new leadership roles. </div><div></div><div>You will work to ensure learner engagement and overall impact. You will understand past program effectiveness and collaborate with program sponsors to shape overall priorities and design principles for upcoming programs. You’ll develop the strategy to achieve priorities, evolve content where needed in collaboration with the Design and Delivery Centers of Excellence. You will collaborate closely with the delivery team on program implementation and cultivate a high-quality, committed faculty team to deliver high-impact learning events. You will track performance over time to improve upon the strategy with agility. </div><div></div><div>At times, you will create new learning solutions including virtual, blended learning, in-person, digital as well as on-the-job learning and apprenticeship. You will work with senior firm leaders to create the strategy for the overall solution and lead the change management required for effective implementation. You will collaborate closely with the design team to curate content and, where necessary, generate distinctive content – core frameworks and concepts, ideas from inside and outside the firm, etc. </div><div></div><div>You will monitor and ensure the impact of the strategy and executional effectiveness. You will manage the programs to ensure quality of experience, transference of learning and behavior change, post-program learning reinforcement, faculty performance and health, program enrollment/ utilization and efficiency. You will foster professional development and growth for yourself and others (e.g. coaching and mentoring, expanding our knowledge, reputation and capabilities). You will deepen your own expertise in learning, especially leadership development and innovative ways to engage learners in our current remote/hybrid context.</div>
