Customer Service Representative Aircraft Maintenance

Our Customer Support & Projects department is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative Aircraft Maintenance.

Was Sie tun:

• Act as a liaison between customers and Pilatus for all aircraft maintenance inquiries while monitoring open orders


• Provide price quotes and process price/availability requests from customers


• Build long term and trustworthy customer relationships


• Develop and establish efficient business processes for the entire order process


• Supervision of internal and external KPIs


• Deputy of the team leader customer support & projects

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aircraft engineering / maintenance


• Previous aviation experience in a customer-facing role


• Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance in accordance with EASA Part-145


• Fluent in English as well as good German and French skills


• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skills


• An organized and motivated personality with a co-operative and open attitude who is able to work with minimal supervision
