IHRE AUFGABEN

Strategy, Planning, Management

• Assisting in translation of business vision into technical capabilities


• Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of the IT Product


• Management of the SW Vendor and Implementation Partner


• Communication to IT Service Owners regarding IT Product limitations, roadmap, architecture and strategy


• Stakeholder Management, Liaising with Project Managers, Architects and Product Owners

Product Management

• Definition of the IT Product roadmap and strategy together with the Business Product Owner


• Managing product life-cycle and non functional requirements


• Alignment of IT Service Owners demand towards the IT Product

Domain/Application Specific Know How

• Lead engineering and in-depth technical understanding of the IT Product

Architecture and standards

• Lead engineering and application architecture

Design, Build, Test of IT Service

• Deciding on production readiness of product together with Product Owner and IT Service Owners

Operations

• Providing 3rd Level Support for the application / Organizing the provisioning of 3rd Level Support

YOUR PROFILE

• University Degree in computer science (Masters at University/ETH/FH)


• Familiar with Java applications, Linux server stack, build tool Jenkins, Bitbucket (GIT) and Octopus is a plus


• Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors


• Fluent in English and German


• Good presentation skills and visualization of issues and solution in Powerpoint and Visio. As such drives Big Picture and context


• Experience in application management and 2nd/3rd level support


• Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus (e.g. advisory, portfolio management, trading)


• Knowledge in business rules/design is a plus (e.g. Actico, FICO, SAS, IBM)
