Organizational Transformation Consultant(m/f)

 Your responsibilities

  • Working in international, large scale business transformation programs for our clients and be a strong part of the project team, ensuring successful client delivery 

  • Bring in your OCM methodology expertise to our client assignments, consulting client stakeholder includes for example developing and implementing global OCM strategies and plans, conducting business readiness assessments, stakeholder management and communication

  • Work as part of the Business Transformation and OCM team and contribute to the development of OCM methodology and knowledge assets

  • Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the Business Transformation and Organizational Change Management

 Your qualifications

  • Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology or other

  • At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting experience is mandatory

  • Solid background in organizational effectiveness, design and change management methodologies

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of OCM

  • Proactive, high energy, motivated and driving personality

  • Willingness to travel and an excellent command of both German and English, additional language skills in French are highly desirable
