Short description:



The Requirement and Test Engineer Software and Integration will be responsible for further developing and improving the software and IloT solutions around our hi-tech industrial metrology products.



This role reports directly to the Program Director, Digital Connectivity of the Metrology Devices BU.



Tasks in more detail:

 

• Define requirements based on strategic directions and direct customer input for with focus on IIOT, business systems connections, machine interfaces and end user software applications


• Engineer, prioritise, and coordinate epics and user stories with internal and external software and hardware teams


• Analyse Problem reports and search for solutions with our international development teams


• Perform and coordinate software tests with internal and external departments or beta customers


• General project collaboration and administrative tasks


• Strong link to Research & Development, Product Owner and Product Management Teams

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor/master’s degree in software or a relevant engineering discipline, ideally with a certificate in requirements engineering or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering


• Hands-on experience in requirement engineering or related field


• Very Good English level, both spoken and written.


• Interest in technology, with the ability to understand the technical aspects of our products and services


• Understanding of Industrial Metrology, software development, Cloud and IIoT technologies are beneficial


• High level of initiative and a can-do attitude in collaborative team setting and matrix environment


• Communicative team player in intercultural setup with a good sense for Stakeholder Management
