Transition/ Transformation Project manager

Your Role  :



  • Definition of the concepts

  • Organization and follow-up of the projects under your responsibility

  • You also guarantee the dimensioning, the load capacities, the security and the durability of these projects

  • As an expert, you also provide advice to members of project teams or decision-making bodies

  • You participate in the constant improvement of project management methods and tool

  • Coordinating major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.

  • Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.

  • Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

  • Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.

  • Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.

  • Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.

  • Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.

  • Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes, such as the passing of a senior employee.


Your Profile :



  • Master's degree (UNI/HES) and additional university-level training in project management

  • 15 + years of Professional project management practice: planning, writing deliverables, stakeholder coordination, risk identification and management, communication, change management

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize; experience in writing various types of documents such as opportunity or variant studies, project manuals, etc.

  • Experience in dialoguing with users or managers, including conducting working sessions, taking minutes, providing feedback, reformulating and managing the portfolio of requests, etc.

  • Ability to speak in public, to lead steering committee type meetings and presentation and/or training sessions

  • Experience interacting with development teams, including the ability to understand and discuss technical components such as class diagrams, database schemas, web page mock-ups, etc.

  • Fluency in english is mandatory, french is a plus
