As Corporate Website and Social Media Manager you will be responsible for the operational management and further development of the Hilti Group's Global Social Media channels as well as the Corporate website. What does the role involve? You will develop content concepts and produce the associated content on your own as well as in collaboration with agencies. From idea generation to storytelling and content production, everything is in your hands. In close coordination with internal stakeholders, you define and control content processes and editorial planning and create an effective performance analysis system for the short- and long-term optimization of your activities.

• Higher education in marketing and/or corporate communications, specializing in social media


• At least 3-5 years of experience as a social media manager, preferably on the corporate side, journalistic experience welcome


• Proven experience in development and content creation for digital news channels (e.g. corporate website) and social media


• Confident use of social media and web performance analysis tools


• Good knowledge of current content management tools (from social to website, e.g. Falcon, Canva, Trello, Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, Typo3).


• Fluent in written & spoken English
