Business Analyst Wholesale (f/m) 100% Glattpark (Opfikon - Zürich) Duties and responsibilities:
Implements and Operates all non-financial reportings for the different Wholesale disciplines (Data, Paid Peering, Voice, Messaging, Roaming, MVNO, 3rd party Access)
Consolidates the financial reporting and provides it within the Wholesale Management team
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
Leads the monthly Operational Review meetings, in terms of content and presentation
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the organization’s planning efforts.
Provide input for operational reviews or reporting towards board of directors in the development and achievement within the Wholesale team’s
Establishes an rNPS and tNPS process to measure the satisfaction of the customers in the different segments
Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel and Liberty Global
What we look for in an applicant:
Bachelor or University degree in economics and/or IT
3-5 years of work experience in an consulting environment
Good understanding of complex processes in the telecom environment
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Expert level MS Office - must be able to make high quality presentations
Fluent in German and English
