We are offering a challenging opportunity as a Front Support Specialist for international clients located around the globe. This is a unique chance to act as a point of contact for the front organization with regards to payments, credit cards, CS invest and online banking enquires. You would be responsible for checking the formalities and activating /modifying/ terminating products in the systems. Support and troubleshooting on complex cases in close cooperation with involved interfaces. Opportunities to improve on processes and tools via interaction with different project teams etc. This would be an important intermediary position between the front organization and back office to provide the best possible solutions.

Your skills and experience

 

Front Support Specialist 



  • Ideally a first experience in a role as a front supporter of equivalent in a banking / finance institution 

  • Experience within a financial area

  • Attention to details and ability to work on multiple topics at one time 

  • A solution driven mind set paired with flexibility, dedication and self-motivation 

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, any other language skills would be an asset

  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
