In this role you will act as the primary interface to the Trade Finance and Corporate Banking desks by supporting and advising on a range of compliance matters, such as Know Your Client, AML, PEP, Risk Countries, Sanctions and other compliance topics. Part of your responsibilities will be to provide timely advice and guidance on a wide range of regulatory issues, policies, products, procedures and controls, and to perform regular and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments related to clients, desks, specific risk themes or controls in order to identify regulatory or reputational risks. You will also work closely with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) in preparing and issuing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) related to corporate clients to MROS. Furthermore, you oversee and further develop the Commodity Trade Finance control and risk appetite framework together with your stakeholders in other risk functions.

We are looking for an applicant with detailed knowledge of trade finance and corporate banking compliance risk management practices, including knowledge in the areas of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Sanctions, AML and Fraud along with relevant working experience of at least eight years in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Banking or Commodity Trading Houses.
