Service Architect/Program Lead

Your field of responsibility

 

Join us as specialist in the Workspace Device Services team which works in partnership with the regional teams, operational services leads and clients to ensure the Future Workplace (N-WOW initiative) and Software Delivery meets the new requirements for Cloud and X-Border with CID requirements.  As a Service Architect and Program Lead, you will be responsible for:



  • Strengthen engagement and interaction with IWM and SUB business leads (Zurich based) to further develop a travel solution which complies with all x-border CID restrictions but same time allows modern and enhanced functionalities for the user.

  • Program Lead for Software Delivery Program

  • Project Initialization & Planning (Charter/Scope, Project Plan, team)

  • Manage project budget, plan budget and manage cost with monthly reporting

  • Define the service structure of the new tools in the deliverables and ensure implementation

  • Manage the delivery of the project Scope and Deliverables

  • Manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies

  • Program Reporting (monthly according to established standards)

  • Manage Program Stakeholders

Your skills and experience

 

You’ll be a good match, if you have: 



  • 3-5 years’ experience in IT and Project Management, combining a broad understanding of IT infrastructure especially on workplace technology. 

  • As an excellent project manager you possess strong customer orientation, negotiation and interpersonal skills and you are fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus

  • To ensure efficient progress, you keep things simple, you show patience and creativity and you handle conflicts

  • You bring a high level of integrity and self-motivation, and you feel comfortable in working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

  • You have very good reporting and presentation skills with deep knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point or SQL is a plus

  • Skills in data analytics and data modelling are a plus.

  • Professional communication enable you to build strong relations and cooperate with your diverse partners
