Senior Client Manager for South America

Your field of responsibility

 

As Senior Client Manager you managed an important portfolio of client based in South America in different countries and understand well the culture and needs from our clients. You are able to manage independently all client requests and know when to involve a specialist. Opening of accounts: complex and simple will be part of your daily business. Your role is key in making the business grow successfully. As Senior Client Manager you are the “daily Banker” to the clients.

Your skills and experience

 

Great Interest in Latin American Markets



  • A University degree or equivalent working experience 

  • 5 + years working as a client manager or similar function in a Financial institution

  • Profound knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as complex account openings and maintenance 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level customer orientation that enables you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your clients

  • You have a strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of proactivity, flexibility and responsibility 

  • You have ideally completed the SAQ certification or currently in the process of completing it. 

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required, German skills would be an asset.  

  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
