Tasks
Managing the technology/platform feature portfolio of the digital platforms
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to manage the prioritization process for new platform features while maximizing the business value - as well as balancing request for new platform capabilities with enhancement of existing capabilities
Consulting and supporting internal stakeholders during the ideation and concept phase of new consumer-facing products and services
Acting as a change agent for agile product development and evidence-based decision making
Market analysis / competitor analysis
Defining of a coherent platform application structure as well conducting user research, interpreting usage statistics and incorporating customer feedback into future iterations of the platform
Continuously refining the product platform vision in accordance with customers and internal stakeholders
Supporting our sales force as a technical sales representative
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment as well as in product management for software solutions or industrial automation
Strong project management skills
Experience with agile development practices (experience with scaled agile e.g., SAFe, is a plus)
Fluent in English and German
Very good communication skills and ability to mobilize people without direct authority
