Leading implementation and improvement project around several marketing related applications like Sales & Marketing Platform, Marketing Automation, Marketing Campaigns, Webinar Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Newsletter)
Act as an application manager for the mentioned applications including the brand-new sales and marketing platform “Bühler Virtual World”
Support and manage Marketing Events / Exhibitions from IT perspective (project manager and coordination of IT resources for this events)
Handling of support cases and implement new improvements in close collaboration with our external partners
Prepare process, system and educational documentation around all managed platforms.
Required qualifications
Work experience in application management for B2B marketing or sales tools and understanding for marketing and customer communication processes
Hand’s on experience in project management and all state-of-the-art methodologies in project management
Passion and knowledge of information technology, systems and data are desired along with all state-of-the-art web technologies
Able to collaborate with various teams across different teams / stakeholders and regions is helpful
Degree in Computer science, Business informatics or Marketing (University of applied sciences or Higher technical school)
Very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written.

Affinity and passion to drive topics independently
Secure in his/her ability to communicate and present.
Acts as a service provider and maintains good relationships with stakeholders and partners.
