The ideal candidate will have project delivery experience as well as strong work plan development, progress oversight and change management skills. He/She will be expected to drive transversal projects end-to-end, prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis and ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.  

The role

• Act as a member of the project team, delivering and executing tasks from the defined work plan


• Support Project implementations


• Lead handover phase of bigger projects to business as usual


• Build Test Catalogue, coordinate / support User Acceptance Testing


• Provide end user training and updated standardized training materials and process maps


• Lead smaller projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation


• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments


• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements


• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans


• Manage standard/ad-hoc HR data requests, run and monitor audits and share the outcome with HR


• Support the HR organization in the use of new tools and introduction of new functionality.

You’re deeply Passionate about what you do but Humble enough to keep learning and recognize the importance of collaborating with your team and colleagues. You’ve got great Discipline but can still work at Speed and love creating tangible results.

• Excellent English communication skills


• 3 - 6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Reporting


• Hands-on experience with projects focused on developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability


• 1+ year project management experience


• Excellent delivery and execution capabilities


• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills


• Process oriented


• Can work in changing environment to bring structure
