E2E Planning Integration Lead 


 


Job Tasks & Responsibilities:



  • Evangelize digital change in the product supply community across mindset, people and processes to enable E2E Supply Chain (SC) Synchronization vision

  • Convert E2E Planning strategy into executable multi-year plan to deliver the function`s digital transformation ambition

  • Work together with relevant function leads, and agree on priorities across various initiatives, regions, and sites to drive maximum value

  • Manage change management activities and relevant communications with clear understanding of the full business impact withing the scope of E2E SC Synchronization program

  • Write conceptual documents for the scope of the E2E SC overall program and make proposals for sequencing of activities and tasks, considering resource constraints and Consumer Health (CH) Product Supply (PS) priorities

  • Coordinate execution of agreed program initiatives from a functional business perspective, through providing overall view and coordination, including needed trade-offs and data integration

  • Ensure adoption of new processes, ways of working and usage of technology and analytics to drive improvise business outcomes

  • Support tracking of Total Cost of Ownership and benefit realization of implemented solutions and improvements within E2E landscape

  • Partner with Functional Leads, within PS and IT, and sites to build culture and key skills required to the success of E2E SC Synchronization vision and make sure the project management, change management and related communication are consistent and smoothly managed

  • Leverage personal expertise in SC and IT community in modelling design, algorithms, optimization, automation, and quantitative decision support in the digital transformation journey


 


Job Requirements:



  • Master ’s degree in engineering, science, business or similar

  • 10 year of experience of product supply or supply chain management in a complex and/or global supply network and distributed environment

  • Experience working in Consumer Health / FMCG industry and in digital transformation functions

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve solution strategy based on research, data and industry trends

  • Ability to define, effectively communicate and measure the business value of initiatives

  • Effective and persuasive communicator, with executive presence and abilityto build followership

  • Ability to execute with speed, in agile framework and with multiple matrix functions

  • Digital literacy and proven ability to drive change pragmatically using techniques on motivation and mind change

  • Team player with the ability to drive cross-disciplinary collaborations while demonstrating humility and resiliency

  • Experience in leading projects with external partners (suppliers and consultancy firms) multiple sites and cultures

  • Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading supply chain or operational excellence projects on a global scale at various levels:

    • Operational: Portfolio rationalization, site transfers, Lead time reduction, Inventory parameters optimization, Vendor Managed Inventory, KPI reporting, building data warehouse

    • Tactical: implementation of demand planning processes, supply plan


  • Fluent in English is a must. Any other languages are a plus
