CX IT Business Analyst / Project Manager

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

In this role, you will facilitate business partnering between IT and Marketing business teams in plan, build and run phases of developing further the CRM, retail and digital products. You will represent/support/coordinate cross-functional alignment between IT and business counterpartie.


 


Your responsibilities


 


Business Partnership 



  • Establish and maintain tactical relationship to related marketing units in HQ/region/countries • Identify business needs and support requirements definition together with marketing stakeholders 

  • Be first point of contact on initiation of new projects or inquiries 

  • Support business stakeholders in building the value case for a project/initiative 

  • Ensure consideration of crucial aspects such as: data protection, security and compliance 

  • Support business stake holders on identifying and engaging the right experts on IT side 


 


Business analysis / functional consulting 



  • Contribute to solution design and implementation planning: 

    • Documenting requirements and solution proposal in structured way 

    • Collaborating with IT technical architects/developers 

    • Collaborating with business stake holders on requirements validation and confirmation of proposed solutions 


  • Strengthen position of Salesforce products in daily business operations 

    • Follow daily operations in marketing communications, client service , clienteling, retail operations, web and e-commerce  

    • Identify optimization potential for deployed products and support change requests definition 

    • Identify needs for additional features activation that bring business value



 


Project contribution 



  • Act as IT project manager and represent IT in operational project lifecycle 

    • Contribute to project preparation, scoping and team setup 

    • Contribute to work packages and responsibilities definition 

    • Contribute to project status reporting and effective communication 

    • Participate/manage regular project meetings (scrum artifacts) 


  • Support proper business documentation and user training support 

    • Collaboration with business product/process owner on documentation needs definition

    • Ensure /coordinate provisioning of needed information from IT side 

    • Coordinate and ensure proper documentation creation, storage and update according to agreed scope 


  • Facilitate proper user acceptance testing and documentation


 


Your profile


 



  • Experience in working with digital agencies to deliver high quality digital products 

  • Salesforce consultant certification (preferably: service cloud, marketing cloud, commerce cloud)

  • Experience with agile project methodology and product development 

  • Previous experience with operational marketing (CRM, retail, communication, client services) in luxury industry 

  • Technology savvy - understanding of data models and web technologies 

  • Experience in international and cross functional collaboration 

  • High social competence and good communication skills

  • Fluent in English
