Where you will work

You will be part of Cisco’s Corporate Strategy Office (CSO) team. They are responsible for fostering and capturing innovation 'wherever it is' in order to execute on our growth strategy. It is focused on identifying and enabling Cisco to capitalize on major technology disruptions, shaping and amplifying Cisco technology strategy through acquisitions, investments, and co-innovation with our partner ecosystem.

The team

Cisco'sCorporate Strategic Innovation Group (CSIG)is part of CSO. Our team is at the forefront of identifying, incubating and capturing strategic value from disruptive technology & market trends and quickly transform them into sustainable market opportunities and thought leadership.

Once a disruption has been identified we define a business case that will potentially lead to new revenue streams for Cisco. Subsequently, we validate the technology by doing proof-of-concepts together with customers, partners, start-ups, academia, and across various business units within Cisco.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Senior Innovation Product Manager with great business and technical skills. As a PM in our team, you will engage with key stakeholders and other product managers to identify new product opportunities, define & design new products, and work closely with development teams. You will lead the ideation, and incubation of products, across diverse cross-functional and highly technology driven teams, aligned with Cisco’s strategy:

• Identify new products and business models


• Define the overall strategy and product/service requirements


• Build business cases (TAM, market research and analysis)


• Create go to market strategies (business plan, pricing, comms)


• Drive product development and PoCs with engineers and designers


• Work with customers on co-innovation projects

Who You Are

• MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• MBA (top-tier business school) considered a plus


• 15+ years’ work experience with a focus on Information Technology


• 5+ years of Product Management experience having launched products and services for B2B customers


• Diverse experience in multiple companies and verticals


• Background in IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Security, AR/VR, considered a plus


• Experience in Program/Project management


• Experience working in startups considered a plus


• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
