As a Sourcing Specialist, you will act as trusted advisor to Engineering Leadership to support the growth of their teams. You'll be relied on for advice about the outside talent market, as well as how it compares to the talented Googlers we already have in the organization. You'll develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google in EMEA for success today and well into the future.
