In our Real-World Solutions (RWS) team, we design and deliver innovative, data– and technology-enabled evidence programs for the pharmaceutical industry. We apply scientific rigor and advanced analytics to real-world data to help our clients improve healthcare. This entrepreneurial team works within Switzerland, a global pharmaceutical industry hub, partnering with global colleagues throughout the enterprise to diagnose critical business issues and deliver evidence-based solutions.

Role & Responsibilities


You will join a high profile, talented and fast paced team where you will be part of and manage project teams in the design, development and delivery of large, technical RWS projects. You’ll gain exposure to client facing projects and innovation initiatives to develop new Real World Solutions product offerings. The successful candidate will be able to achieve rapid professional development, learning from and being coached by members of the world’s leading and most innovative RWS team. 



  • Planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives


  • Leading teams to execute high quality research and analysis


  • Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations


  • Participating to the development of client relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone and email contact


  • Providing expert guidance on RWE (Real World Evidence) and the RWD (Real World Data) landscape to junior colleagues


  • Giving inputs for the development of proposals for new projects and commercial opportunities, working in partnership with Senior team members


  • Leading quality assurance efforts for all projects within scope – in particular for client analytical work


  • Administrating control of the fees and expenses during Projects (travel, meetings, organizing invoicing with finance, etc)


  • Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on the job exposure and formal training


  • Building deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources and further developing knowledge of the broader RWD landscape


  • Coaching project team members and supporting them to fulfill their personal objectives



About You



  • BA/BSc from a top university, preferably in a relevant subject such as economics, life sciences, chemistry, engineering, or similar discipline.


  • MBA, MSc, PhD or advanced degree highly preferred.


  • Strong experience in healthcare / life sciences or the Pharmaceutical industry.


  • Experience across a variety of clinical and commercial domains that may include drug development and commercialization, population health, analytics, software development, health systems, clinical research, commercial operations, market access.


  • Proven abilities to manage projects and priorities so that timelines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes.


  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.


  • Experience working in multi-disciplined teams and leading junior team members.


  • Willingness to develop on a role to engage clients in strategic discussions and collaborate with other subject matter experts to innovate and develop new business opportunities.


  • Knowledge of key issues, trends and current developments in the pharmaceutical, medtech, technology, health policy and healthcare sectors.


  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Experience of SAS analytics is desirable but not required.


  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); additional languages an advantage
