We Elevate... Your Responsibilities


As part of the Global Infrastructure Services team (GIS), you are the main focal point for change, incident, and problem related to the design, implementation, and performance of the processes. You are responsible for the global design and continuous improvement of IT core ITIL processes. This is a role that requires collaboration and cooperation with leaders and others across Schindler IT Services Ltd. in service delivery and improvement across all IT services. Main tasks include:


 



  • Requirements evaluation, solution development, technical implementation, and solution testing of IT core ITIL processes

  • Responsibility and accountability for processes and their implementations in toolsets

  • Owning and managing incident management and demand management

  • Serving as a single point of contact to the stakeholders and customers for all matter related to the processes

  • Continuously improve processes and their implementations and identify critical success factors

  • Providing guidance in the daily operations of the process and manages the operations of the ITSM toolset. Participating and leading projects with an impact on ITSM.

  • University degree in business, computer engineering or equivalent

  • ITIL certification: Expert / Managing Professional

  • Experience in service management and project management in IT infrastructure area

  • Knowledge in process design, requirements engineering, IT operations and software development

  • Project and operational experience with ServiceNow as well as design and operation of IT core processes

  • Language skills in English spoken and written (Level C2)
