We are looking for a fully dedicated Personal Assistant to serve our top management and a highly flexible team player to support our mission. The ideal candidate can cope with the specific needs and requirements on C-level, has a positive attitude and exceptional organisational skills.


 


Your duties


 



  • Provide high level administrative support to the executive, including organising and managing agendas and databases, written and oral correspondence as well as client and stakeholder management

  • Work closely and effectively with the executive and his team regarding upcoming commitments and responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate and arrange the executive’s travel, including flights and hotel booking, ground transportation and visas

  • Act as primary contact and liaise with internal top and senior management including boards and committees as well as with external top executives, managers and stakeholders worldwide

  • Support the team in prioritization and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to the top executive and determine the appropriate action, referral or response

  • Provide first class support as needed, resolving issues and troubleshooting in a variety of situations

  • Maintain and further develop the positive, winning atmosphere in the executive’s office

  • Support the executive in various communication and presentation tasks 

  • Assist on ad-hoc tasks and projects, including preparation and delivery of FIFA tournaments and events, remotely and on-site, when needed


 


Our requirements


 



  • Football knowledge and sensitivity for football

  • Bachelor or university degree, or similar specialised higher education

  • 3+ years of international experience as Personal Assistant or Office Coordinator in a highly demanding environment

  • Perfectly at ease with C-level requirements, including willingness to work flexible and standard hours

  • Highly flexible and adaptable, able to cope with pressure and  any unexpected situations

  • Can-do attitude, hardworking and result-driven

  • Smart and fast, highly professional and strong sense of responsibility

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Positive, multi-cultural spirit, impeccable discretion and trustworthiness

  • Eager to work in a global sport environment and strong will/motivation to provide the highest level of client service



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; others languages (including official FIFA languages French, German and Spanish) is an advantage



  • Advanced IT skills, specifically MS Office
