Missions :

E-Learning platform

• Support the E-Learning Agency to provide them with all the different assets (information, visuals, videos, etc.) to produce the contents at the Frame.io platform


• Supervision and validation of the different contents with the different concerned Departments


• Global Analytics and platform E-learning results follow-up (engagement, completion, ...)


• Platform functionalities follow-up and amelioration (sign up, filters, export data, …) and link project between LMS and SalesForce


• Forum comments management


• Contents translation follow-up with the agency and markets proof-reading


• Newsletters and E-Learning incentives management and follow-up


• New collaborators accounts creation and data base clean up


• E-Learning platform Guideline update


• Support the markets regarding the E-Learning platform objective

Profil

• You have an University Degree in Digital Communication, Marketing or IT development.


• You are fluent in English and French.


• You have solid skills in project planning, you are result oriented with a great ability to deal with multi-projects portfolio.


• You are a team player, but you can work independently with a great capacity to match deadlines.


• You can interact smoothly with different departments and hierarchy levels and pay a great attention to detail.
