In our Talent & Rewards segment, we help clients align their talent and rewards strategy with their business strategy to achieve long-term success. We rely on data, analytics and experience to pinpoint the talent and workforce needs that are vital to their overall performance.


We are global advisory company with local presence in Switzerland. As such, we provide advice to the largest companies in Switzerland and other multinational companies with headquarters in Switzerland. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.


To support the growth of this innovative team, we are looking for a Talent & Rewards Analyst (m/f/d)


The Role


You will support client assignments around the topics of Work & Rewards and Employee Experience, being involved in planning, designing and implementing programs for both existing and new clients. You get to work with colleagues and peers in Switzerland and across the world and get direct contact with EX/Talent and C&B managers of large client organisations.


You will be based in our Zurich office, but are also expected to travel as required.


Once you are on board, we will invest in you to ensure that you are quickly at a level where you are independent and can manage small to mid-size projects and support business development opportunities. You will learn from colleagues who are recognized industry thought leaders and who will provide regular coaching and feedback to you. In addition, you will participate in a mix of formal online and/or classroom trainings, and you will get access to numerous web-based self-development opportunities.


The Responsibilities


You will be expected to contribute to the business in the Switzerland by focusing on the following:


•Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of Work & Rewards and/or Employee Experience programs that include total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, overall competitive pay analysis and executive pay-for-performance alignment, employee surveys or HR portal implementation


•Manage large-scale data, conduct quantitative analyses, prepare reports and deliverables and contribute to clients’ success through the quality of your work results


•Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels


•Leverage intellectual capital that has been developed and tailoring the content to meet the needs of the clients


•Demonstrate exceptional project management capabilities


•Constantly built and deepen your technical knowledge and skills in the areas of Work & Rewards and Employee Experience


•Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams


The Requirements


•2-3 years of experience in a consulting and/or in-house role


•First exposure and strong interest in human capital related topics, particularly relevant in for global organizations – affinity towards themes in the area of Rewards/C&B/Executive Compensation is an advantage


•Proven project management skills, ability to work and think in a methodical and orderly way, and reshuffle priorities as needed


•Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail


•Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity


•Ability to influence stakeholders and work across all levels of an organization as a team player


•Collaborative business style, internally and externally


•Strong client orientation and entrepreneurial attitude while recognising the frameworks of a large corporation


•Commitment to quality and professionalism; continuously working to achieve the highest quality standards


•Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills


•Fluency in German and English, preferably also in French
