Job Description


Business Analyst – Customer Service designs, proposes, and implements information systems related to the activities of Customer Service Globally closely aligning with other functional IS/IT teams. This position is accountable for successful projects delivery, providing support to business improvements for all applications, proposing and promoting a strategy to rationalize existing platforms.


Job Responsibilities



  • Performs Business Analysis for Customer Service in Markets and Factories, Globally

  • Designs, proposes, and implements the IS strategy related to the following business activities: Customer Lifecycle Management; Order to Cash end-to-end process; Claims, Returns, Refusals; Trade Asset Management; Pricing, Discounts, Rebates; Trade Spend Planning and Management

  • Drives IS/IT innovation for Customer Service

  • Manages third-party vendors

  • Authors and maintains CS application quality documents

  • Participates in IS/IT compliance activities

  • Manages and maintains appropriate system change controls, deployment plans, product release notes (version control)

  • Establishes business partnership with user representatives to align service level and activities with business expectations

  • Leverages Information Technology to provide technology solutions that enables, sustains, and extend Galderma strategy

  • Supervises the project portfolio, life cycle of applications, KPIs


Minimun Requirements



  • University/Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IS/IT field in Customer Service at global, matrix organization

  • Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus

  • Ability to act as a trusted business partner presenting strong influencing skills

  • Capacity to work across businesses and functions

  • Skills in explaining technical problems to an audience consisting of both technical and non-technical participants

  • Proficient in gathering information, documenting, identifying, and resolving problems in a timely manner

  • Fluent in English
