Sleepiz AG (Ltd.) is a Zürich based startup with a mission to provide patient-centric disease management through seamless integration of contactless monitoring into people’s homes. Sleepiz leverages the power of sleep insights with a device that is simply placed on the bedside table. The device operates in a non-contact fashion and measures movements originating from heart contractions and breathing patterns, as well as body motions with medical grade accuracy.
What you will do
As an Office Manager, you will be in a multi-faceted role to contribute to the efficiency of Sleepiz. You will have the opportunity to participate and learn in multiple functions – including operations and business development – and support our company’s leadership team. To be successful in this role, you should be well organized, have effective time management skills and be able to problem solve proactively. Ultimately, you will help facilitate the growth of our business by providing personalized and timely support to your team members and our customers alike.
Who you are
Qualifications and Experience
Organize our new office operations and procedures to support our company’s operations
Provide administrative support by coordinating with vendors for facility management, purchasing and maintaining office supplies, monitoring clerical functions, etc.
Maintain procedures for retention, protection, and disposal of information and records
Plan and manage logistics, storage, and transportation of our devices
Upkeep inventory including cleaning and testing of our devices to ensure they’re ready for deployment
Prepare information for internal and external communication such as memos, emails, presentations or reports
Plan, manage and execute team events from start to finish assist in accounting and administration
Skills
Our ideal candidate will embibe the following skillsets:
You have an education in business management or similar. Experience with electronic technology is a plus
You have relevant previous experience in a physical office setting or a keen interest in managing operations in a growing startup
You have good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
You have strong oral and written communication in English and German
