The mission of the People & Culture Team is to provide a dynamic and safe work environment to SonarSourcers where they can feel energized and can be highly engaged. We strive to make the journey of every SonarSourcer worthy and rewarding!
Today the P&C Team is made of 7 people distributed across our different locations with 3 distinct sub-groups, working side by side:
We want to continue to invest in our culture, in making it explicit, improving it and living it. And we know we need to acquire new skills to join the Culture pool to achieve the big goal of this year: making our culture a product that we can share and convey. For example, our dream for this year is to create a culture handbook.
We are a team of 7 people, thrilled to wake up every morning and know we will see each other and work together, side by side. We are all passionate about our specific domain, whether this is sourcing and finding the right person for a team or making every day positive and seeing people growing!
We are very lucky to be part of a workforce of truly smart and engaged SonarSourcers, with such a variety of nationalities, viewpoints, and expertise, across our 4 different offices located in France, Switzerland, Germany, and the US.
At SonarSource, we consider our team being very open, hands-on, and with a high level of expertise serving SonarSource’s big goals. And, we need to grow the team to match the business needs.
