Sales Coordinator with Sales Personality (m/f/x)

Job Purpose

In this role, you act as a Sales coordinator and you support internal colleagues as well as external customers. But your tasks are not limited to coordination tasks - you are also in charge of sales activities.

Main Tasks

• Customer acquisition (via emails, chatbot, cold calling)


• Customer accounts management (CRM)


• Support in sales forecasting and reporting, overseeing commercial financial operations


• Overseeing after sales service coordination and support (RMA, handling customer feedback and complaints)


• Sales Operations: coordinating and ensuring that there is a liaison between sales/operations/logistics/reporting providing a global view on the daily operations


• Follow up with existing customers: Upselling, satisfaction survey, coordination


• Coordinate external and internal communication


• Marketing Operations: overseeing and coordinating website content, assisting with SEO, social network: LinkedIn content management, collateral marketing: brochures, banners. Organisation of Conferences and Tradeshows incl. coordination of logistics/booths


• After-sales support: customer complaints follow up internally (daily operations including non-conformities)

Job Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience in sales, commercial fields


• Bachelor / Master degree or relevant job experience in a related function


• Willingness to perform sales activities


• Structured and organized professional


• Fluency in French and English is mandatory - written and spoken
