Responsible to close working collaboration with Relationship Managers to actively provide clients with top-notch investment advice and asset allocation focused on investment performance.

IHRE AUFGABEN



  • Key interface function between Private Banking Relationship Managers and the Investment Advisory department; providing active support in client acquisition, development and retention.

  • In terms of Investment Advisory:
    - Proactively manage portfolios and provide investment advice to sophisticated
      and active private clients, based on their requirements and on the Julius Baer
      investment strategy. Analyse and monitor client’s portfolios, follow up of
      investment ideas.
    - Active role as investment professional. Provide first class advice, asset
      allocation across all investment asset classes including direct equities, fixed
      income, hedge funds, derivatives and structured products.
    - Follow developments in the financial markets to maintain an understanding
      of investment products and trends as well as try to anticipate trends and their
      effects on clients’ portfolios.

  • Representative function and ambassador of Julius Baer and Advisory Solutions value proposition.

  • Business enabler for client solutions through cross-selling activities (Structured Products, Fund Solutions, Wealth & Tax Planning, Global Custody, Credits, etc.)

  • Participation with Relationship Manager in client meetings (prospecting, existing clients).


YOUR PROFILE



  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, preferably in a Private Banking environment. At least 5 years in a senior position in the Investment Advisory business.

  • University degree and further education in financial markets (CFA, CAIA, FRM, AZEK, etc.).

  • Deep knowledge of all asset classes in a portfolio context with pronounced experience in fixed income investments across all credit segments.

  • Excellent written and oral skills in Russian and English; additional languages e.g. German is a plus.

  • Client and service oriented personality with excellent selling and presentation skills, efficient and independent working methods, self-assertion and high motivation.

  • Ability to communicate complex subjects at different levels and express things simply and directly.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive listener, communicative and client oriented personality, trustworthiness, discretion and team player

  • High level of drive and energy, making contribution with conviction and confidence.
