The Assistant (ARM)/ Account Manager (AM) is mainly responsible for servicing the clients in the day-to-day work and takes ownership of the account administration, documentation formalities and tasks in daily operations and projects impacting the account administration. She/he will be part of a team responsible to execute trades and this entails dealing with routine enquiries and transactions as well as documentation to meet regulatory requirements. She/he demonstrates excellent professional, personal as well as social skills when liaising with clients. The ARM / AM ensures the operational client account management and interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders independently and provides clients with relevant information. The ARM / AM acts as role model in bringing the best service quality to clients in a fast, professional and friendly manner, always living the Julius Baer values (Care, Passion, and Excellence). Professionalism and responsiveness are key.
