The Global Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for Brand marketing campaigns toolbox across the full year and following the GTM process in delivering content for all channels. This role will be owning the global marketing calendar and align with the regions. The Global Brand Marketing Manager will oversee creative assets across packaging and any content need to support the business on top of be a key stakeholder into the GTM process organization. • Create and develop Brand and product content with global Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing leads in NZA & NORA to grow the brand globally with local relevancy. • Create and develop marketing calendar seasonally to fuel regions with seasonal campaigns and activation. • Elaborate creative brief against consumer insights to creative team for campaigns, packaging and all requires content in all languages. • Manage and organize on location shooting for campaigns with key stakeholders in product, retail/wholesale marketing and digital team. • Manage and deliver Brand and product Content briefs, tactics, campaigns including tools and content across all consumer points to fuel demand, raise Brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Organize GTM process with excellence with Senior Brand marketing manager to drive collaboration throughout Wholesale / Marketing / product /Operation / Finance & Retail department following seasonal calendars. • Leverage and integrate consumer insights and testing to deliver effective consumer led campaigns and brand experiences. • Collaborate with other departments on the Sales meeting and Brand events. • Lead, coach and develop brand marketing team. • Manage and own Brand marketing Budgets to maximise ROI and achieve financial plans. What’s on your CV? • Academic: University degree in marketing or communication, Bachelor or Master level • 3-5 years’ experience in brand marketing role managing campaigns & content. • Deep understanding of Brand building tactics and KPIS. • Experience in creating brief and elaborate feedback against creatives. • Great organizational skills, leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude • Team player and proactive in a fast-paced environment. • Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus. What’s in it for you?
