EMEA Marketing Manager- Technology & Data Solutions

The EMEA Marketing Manager Technology & Data Solutions will be responsible for the commercialization of the mymobility and OrthoIntel platform within the EMEA region, reporting to the Director Marketing ZB Connect EMEA. The person will be responsible for developing, refining and executing the marketing strategy of the mymobility platform in EMEA in cooperating with Sales, Solution Architects, Commercial Leaders of the country sales organizations and the Global Technology & Data team based in the U.S.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop and refine Marketing strategy of the mymobility platform as part of the Zimmer Biomet ZBEdge portfolio to EMEA targeted markets

  • Lead the commercialization & execution of mymobility including release deployment, positioning, sales training, customer segmentation, pricing messaging, promotion and growth strategies

  • Drive and coordinate the Sales & Marketing Plans in EMEA per target market

  • Develop, review and maintain customer & patient experience strategy & process for the mymobility platform as well as market intelligence for patient engagement tools / health apps

  • Cooperate and voice with Global Product Management on EMEA market requirements and new release implementations on the mymobility platform

  • Develop and manage assigned budgets for marketing activities of the products that are assigned to this responsibility

  • Cooperate with Apple and regional watch fulfillment partners to ensure proper fulfillment model implementation for the successful commercialization of mymobility with Apple Watch delivering a unique patient experience

  • Participate in congresses and commercial activities related to mymobility and ZBEdge to support the product growth plan


Your Qualifications and Experience


  • Master’s degree (preferably in business administration)

  • Minimum 7 years of experience within Healthcare (Preferred: in orthopedic, hospital or industry) out of which at least 3 years in sales and marketing of digital technologies

  • Experience in management of new product introduction and driving growth strategies, particularly in the area of digital health products

  • Strong skills in project management

  • Convincing presentation skills

  • Ability to influence others, and through strong organizational skills, handle increasing levels of responsibility

  • Ability to energize all levels of the organization to deliver on business goals and objectives

  • Demonstration of strong business acumen, market and sales and selling process

  • Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting

  • Fluent in English (Preferred: in addition, German, French or any other European language)


Travel Requirements

This dynamic job position requires a willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
