Our group "Research & Lab IT” is seeking professionals with the below mentioned profile.
Professional – Senior Life Science Informatics Consultant
Main tasks:
Lead life science informatics projects as the operational face of a team and take on the responsibility for planning, organising and managing all aspects of delivery including scope, quality and timelines
In charge of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives
Identify and proactively solve problems faced by the clients
Be a trusted client contact for operational queries, developing the relationship through face-to-face discussions, virtually, conduct workshops, etc.
Manage the work and priorities of team members in international and versatile project(s)
Collaborate and mentor junior consultants and other team members
Bring to clients an excellent level of Industry, market and functional insight including medical specific issues
Proactively lead business development opportunities and proposals
Qualification and Experience:
Education:
University degree in either Biology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry or another life sciences discipline
Professional Skills & Experience:
5 - 8 years consulting experience the Life Sciences industry (e.g. pharma) as well as with scientific informatics solutions
Sound understanding of lab processes within a GxP environment
Good understanding of the business capabilities and drivers underpinning digital technology in health and life sciences
Proven analytical skills and able to assess problems and communicate responses across a range of issues
A problem-solving mindset: anticipating issues early, analysing and proactively finding solutions
Demonstrated mentorship of others in the delivery of complex deliverables within international projects
A proven track record in project management skills
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Effective communication skills
Fluency in English and German (in writing and speaking) is mandatory, French is a plus
Able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and establish credibility
Have strong personal impact and ability to influence and persuade a range of stakeholders
