Our company is seeking professionals with the below mentioned profile. Main tasks:
Support global and complex life science IT projects in achieving their goals
Act as Project Manager, Scrum Master or Validation Expert within GxP life science IT projectsfollowing Agile methodologies where applicable.
Plan agile (e.g. Scrum) implementations and make sure that goals, scope and other significant information are well understood by the entire team. Lead and coordinate the planning of project setups as well as sprints, sprint reviews, daily scrums, backlog, etc.
Consult, train and support our customers on different levels in the planning and implementation of agile frameworks
Influence and foster agile culture and mindset in typically non-agile environments
Gain a sound technical understanding of the project's requirements, provide leadership and help create a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment for the teams
Contribute to Agile Validation focus group enabling agile methodologies in GxP environments in Pharma and Healthcare
Promote agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) actively within all levels of the customer and wega organization and collaborate with other practitioners (e.g. Scrum Masters)
Qualification and Experience:
University degree in Computer Science or in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or an equivalent background
5 years practical working experience in leading/supporting validation project within regulated industry (preferred Pharma or Medical Device).
3-5 years working experience in agile methodologies, being a certified SCRUM Master
Experience using agile methodologies within regulated industry
Interested in introducing and fostering agile approaches in classical non-agile environments. Being able to coach teams and individuals on agile mindset
Experience in Scaled Agility (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus…) as well as coaching experience on Senior Management / Leadership Level is an advantage
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to influence and communicate across different levels
Fluency in English and German (in writing and speaking)
