Job Description



  • You manage enquiries received from our Clients (banks) via ticket, e-mail or telephone on a first level support basis.

  • You provide our Clients with an excellent, proactive and professional business support for both, Banking Operations and Avaloq system related enquiries.

  • You co-ordinate any required second level support activities with the relevant Back Office or IT units.

  • You make corrective bookings in Avaloq for all kind of transactions if requested by our Clients.

  • You constantly monitor all inbound queues such as Ticket Tool, e-mail or SWIFT and process any inbound item in a timely manner.

  • You autonomously process tasks, investigate operational issues and provide our Clients  with answers guaranteeing an excellent service.

  • You perform special tasks upon request such as working on projects or testing activities.

  • You ensure a high standard work performance in respect of both quality and quantity.

  • You regularly send status updates on pending issues to our Clients.

  • You have the ability to maintain a solid relationship with our Clients and manage meetings with Clients if required.


Qualifications



  • You have a higher education in the banking or finance fields, combined with three years or more work experience in Banking Operations or in a Middle Office of a bank.

  • You have excellent proven Banking Operations knowledge.

  • You have analytical skills and work with a problem-solving mindset.

  • You have strong abilities to work in a team.

  • You work with a client-oriented approach and you have the ability to communicate in a professional way at any corporate level.

  • You write and speak fluently German and English while skills in French and Italian are considered as a plus.

  • Preferably, you have practical experience in working with the Avaloq banking software.
